Privacy Policy

This policy describes what CLIPFARM, a product of Merl, collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect what we need to run the service, your VODs are processed to make your clips and nothing else, and we don't sell your data.

1. What we collect

• Account data — email address and authentication details when you sign up.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
• Processing data — the VOD links you submit, your game-mode and facecam calibration settings, and the clips, scores and captions the farm generates.
• Platform connections — if you connect a Twitch account (for example, to process sub-only VODs), we store the tokens needed to read those VODs, and nothing more.
• Usage data — standard logs and analytics that help us keep the service working.

2. How we use it

To process the VODs you submit, deliver clips to your dashboard, bill your plan, and improve the service. VOD video is used to generate your clips — not to build advertising profiles and not for sale to third parties.

3. Storage and deletion

Generated clips are stored for 30 days, after which they may be deleted. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time from your dashboard.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers required to operate CLIPFARM (hosting, GPU processing, payments, email), each bound to use it solely on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

5. Your choices

You can disconnect platform accounts, delete jobs and their clips, or delete your account entirely. Questions about this policy? Contact us through your dashboard.
