Clip FarmCLIP FARMBETA

Clipfarm is hiring
UGC creators.

We are hiring UGC creators to push out short-form content about us. No experience needed at all, but if you are somebody that enjoys creating short-form content and has any interest in clipping/streaming, we'd love to talk.

Only a few spots

We are hiring three to five serious people — each one mentored directly by Ashen.

Questions, answered.

How serious is this?

Very. We're only hiring a few creators, and every one of them is mentored directly by Ashen. If you post consistently and your videos perform, this turns into real income. In return, we expect you to actually show up — treat it like a job, because it is one.

I don't know anything. How do I learn?

That's the whole point of the mentorship. Ashen will teach you everything he knows about making short-form content and everything he knows about UGC — hooks, formats, posting strategy, all of it. You bring the effort; he brings the playbook.

How many hours a week will this take?

That's mostly up to you — there's no fixed schedule. Making a short post takes anywhere from 15 minutes to a couple of hours depending on how fancy you get. More posts means more chances at views, and views are what pay.

How do I know I'll get paid?

Your view counts are public on your own posts — there's no black box. You post, drop the link in the Discord, we verify the views, and you get paid at $1 per 1,000. Everyone in the server can see everyone else getting paid, so there's nowhere for us to hide.

What's the high end — how much can I actually make?

There's no cap. At $1 per 1,000 views, a video that hits 1 million views is $1,000 from one post. A 10-million-view banger is $10,000. Most posts won't do that — but one viral video can be a whole month by itself, and Ashen's job is teaching you how to make one.

What does it mean to be a UGC creator?

UGC means "user-generated content." You make videos about a product — here, Clip Farm — and post them on your own TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. You don't need followers and you don't even need to show your face. The algorithm finds the audience; you just make things worth watching.

What are some examples of successful UGC creators?

The entire clipping scene on TikTok and Shorts is UGC — fans who started posting streamer clips from their bedrooms and built channels with millions of followers. Brands now pay for exactly this kind of content because real people outperform polished ads. You're not doing something weird; you're joining one of the most proven plays on the internet.

What are the risks?

The honest ones: pay is per view, so a flop pays almost nothing, and nobody can guarantee a video goes viral — algorithms have moods. Some weeks you'll make less than you hoped. What you'll never risk is money: you pay us nothing, ever. Your only investment is your time, and the skills you build are yours to keep.
